Four localities of Phan Thiet, Ham Thuan Bac, Ham Thuan Nam and Tanh Linh have proved their good performance in state budget collection in the past months while Ham Tan, Duc Linh, Bac Binh, Phu Quy, Tuy Phong and La Gi showed their low capability for budget collection. The reasons for some lower revenues are alleged to link with the impacts of remission policy mechanism in the province.
