By contrast, Revenues posting a fall over the past year are: crude oil, charges and fees, state-owned enterprises and lottery.

Four localities of Phan Thiet, Ham Thuan Bac, Ham Thuan Nam and Tanh Linh have proved their good performance in state budget collection in the past months while Ham Tan, Duc Linh, Bac Binh, Phu Quy, Tuy Phong and La Gi showed their low capability for budget collection. The reasons for some lower revenues are alleged to link with the impacts of remission policy mechanism in the province. However, thanks to great revenues from some sectors with large proportion, the total budget revenues of the province have still realized a high growth over the past eight months of 2016.
