If excluding revenues from oil, the local budget revenues reached only VND 2,961.5 billion, accounting for 58.6 percent of the yearly estimate, a year-on-year growth of 20 percent.

Revenues which performed year-on-year increase are import and export taxes (a 9-fold growth with VND 1,080.5 billion); environmental protection tax (a 2.3 time- increase with VND 447.6 billion); collection from foreign-owned companies (two-fold rise with VND 510 billion); land use tax collection (a 59 percent year-on-year rise with VND 238 billion); Personal Income Tax revenue (10 percent rise with VND 164.4 billion).
