Industrial production fetched over VND 18 trillion in the first 9 months of 2016

BTO-Industrial production situation in Binh Thuan has remained its stability in the first 9 months of 2016 and gained considerable growth compared with that of the same period in 2015.Accordingly, the nine-month industrial production value is estimated at VND 18.453 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 8.01 percent, fulfilling 73.81 percent of the whole year’s plan.
In particular, processing and manufacturing contributed VND 9.903 trillion, raising by 4.19 percent; electricity, heat-steam production and distribution realized VND 7.777 trillion, up 17.03 percent; water supply, garbage-wastewater treatment achieved 91.4 billion, increasing by 1.99 percent over the same period last year. Besides, some industrial products reported noteworthy growth rates, such as: animal feed (22.77 percent), mineral water (18.82 percent), electricity generation (16.79 percent).
