As it is a major construction of Binh Thuan, the plant was soon granted investment certificate and invested by Nhat Hoang Limited Company. The facility, which has a total budgeted cost of over VND 495 billion, can process a capacity of 400 tons of waste per day and operates all 365 days a year. It is expected to be put into operation in June 2017.

Addressing the ceremony, vice chairman Luong Van Hai confirmed the importance role of solid and daily waste treatment in the development of Phan Thiet city. He hoped to see the ceaseless efforts of the investor against the difficulties and challenges to complete the construction as scheduled.
