PM to attend CLV development triangle summit

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc will lead a Vietnamese delegation to the ninth Summit on Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam (CLV) Development Triangle Area scheduled to take place November 23 in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

The Vietnamese government leader's participation in the biennial event will be made at the invitation of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen, according to Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

The CLV Development Triangle Area covers four Cambodian provinces (Ratanakiri, Stung Treng, Mondulkiri, and Kratie), four Lao provinces (Attapeu, Salavan, Sekong, and Champasak), and five Vietnamese provinces (Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, and Binh Phuoc).
