The three freshly-nominated products are Queen fish sauce in the trademark of “Gold Fish” produced by Fisaco Fish Sauce JSC; Ngoc Uyen concentrated syrup made from dragon fruit, produced by Ngoc Uyen food manufacturer; and dried squid simmered with tamarind produced by Dam Sen seafood processing trading private enterprise.
Reportedly, the voting council had received a total of 190 entries of industrial-rural products from 20 provinces and cities in the southern region. The product participants were divided into 4 groups, including: group of handicraft, group of agro-forestry, fishery and beverage processing products; group of equipment, machinery, tool and mechanical parts; and group of other products.
