The project, invested by Seagull Limited Company with a total capital of VND 90 billion and an area of 16,387.6 m2, consists of several works: a covered outdoor performance stage with 1,200 seats, a museum for traditional fish sauce industry that can accommodate 200 people, a food court with 500 seats, and some supporting items. The construction of project is expected to start and put into use in 2018, providing a new amusement form for tourists in Phan Thiet city.
