The sum will be provided to 5 provinces, including Quang Tri (VND 1,600 million), Binh Thuan (VND 4,710 million), Quang Nam (VND 3,312 million), Binh Dinh (VND 1,100 million) and Kien Giang (VND 43,700 million).
The Prime Minister asked the beneficiaries to manage and use the above subsidy economically and efficiently in compliance with regulations. The Ministry of Finance takes charge of collecting, analyzing and submitting the localities’ performance reports to the PM by the end of 2016. The 5 provinces are required to allocate the capital so that each locality can get enough 30-percent subsidy for the aforesaid losses in 2015 and 2016.
