10.000 glasses of milk
offered to ethnic minority children in mountainous areas
BTO – As many as
10,000 glasses of milk have been accessed to ethnic minority children in
mountainous areas of Binh Thuan province. The program was sponsored by the
provincial Committee of Vietnam Youth Union and Phan Thiet Volunteer
Association. The beneficiaries are primary and pre-school students who are
ethnic minority group and lives in the mountainous communes.

The program was
held in several phases and began with its first phase during November 15th,
2021 until February 5th, 2021. During the charity event, children at
the 9 communes of Phan Dung, Phan Son, Phan tien, Phan Lam, La Ga, Dong Giang,
dong Tien, My Thanh and La Ngay have directly received the nutritional meal and
milk.
The grant is
considered as a motive to support students with difficult circumstances to
stabilize their life with the spirit of “No one is left behind”. The program is
now in need of donation and support from organizations, units, individuals and
volunteers locally and domestically for the sake of the ethnic minority children
in mountainous areas.
