As of now, the Ips in Binh Thuan have contributed to job placement for nearly 8,750 laborers including more than 72 percent of women workers with the average wages of over VND 4,700 million a month per capita. Most of the employees are working in Foreign-owned enterprises in Phan Thiet 1IP (4,470 laborers) and Ham Kiem II IP (3,900 laborers).
