BTO - Total export turnover of Binh Thuan province in the first nine months of 2016 realized USD 382.229 million, a year-on-year rise of 12.16 percent. Specifically, export earnings of goods achieved USD 255.3 million (up 8.7 percent over the same month of 2015). Of which, group of marine products performed USD 97.2 million, an increase of 14.3 percent while agricultural products reported a slight fall of 0.4 percent with an export value of USD 7.4 million. Group of other products contributed USD 150.7 million (up 6.3 percent), including USD 108.4 million of garment products. Export of tourism services gained fairy growth in the first 9 months of the year with a revenue of USD 126.8 million, accounting for 78.3 percent of the year plan. On the whole, Binh Thuan’s exports remain stable in the first nine months of the year in spite of a negligible decline in group of farm produce.

The amount of exported rubber latex has considerably increased but it has earned low export turnover due to low price, thereby, fulfiled only 23.2 percent of the whole year’s target.
