BTO –Department of Education and Training on October 14 held a ceremony to honor excellent teachers and students-school year 2015-2016 in the presence of vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Hoa.
Binh Thuan provincial People’s Committee also awarded 77 teachers and students, who won first, second and third prizes at national examinations, while another 279 good students gaining national consolation prizes received certificates of merit from Department of Education and Training.
Addressing the ceremony, Hoa highly appreciated joint efforts and contributions of teachers and students in the province, as well as the whole education sector with teaching innovations, contributing to enhancing people’s intellection and nurturing talents. He emphasized that, the provincial authorities would try utmost to create the best conditions and better investment in education work. Other departments and localities are also urged to join hands in education development. Every teachers and students and the entire education sector should intensify their efforts for further innovations in teaching and learning to get better and better results at national and regional examinations.
