Binh Thuan industrial parks eye target of attracting USD 40 million of investment capital

BTO – The managing board of Binh Thuan Industrial Parks lately held a conference to sum up the work in 2019 and set up goals for 2020, with the attendance of vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Luong Van Hai.

Over the past year, the managing board of Binh Thuan Industrial parks has well cooperated with investors to overcome difficulties and complete all targets. Investment promotion has been intensified with the remarkable increase of enterprises and investment capital.

In 2019, business and production activities in industrial parks have flourished while the unit has paid special attention to ensuring security, fire & explosion prevention. Enterprise have also well implemented policies in favor of labourers.  For the year 2020, the unit has ste a number of tasks in order to finish the 5-year plan (2015-2020), which focuses on attracting VND 920 billion of investment capital (tantamount to USD 40 million), with 30 hectares of leased land area. Enterprises in industrial parks will strive to fetch a combined turnover of VND 5.4 billion, export revenue of VND 200 million, and VND 94 billion of budget payment.

Addressing the conference, vice Chairman Luong Van Hai highly appreciated and  praised the managing board of Binh Thuan IPs, investors of infrastructure network and secondary enterprises for their good performance in 2019. He also asked functional departments and localities to pay attention to solving problems and obstacles for investors and local enterprises relating to  infrastructure construction, electricity supply, waste water treatment, recruitment…

On behalf of the province’s leaders, Mr. Hai extended the best wishes to, investors, secondary enterprises at industrial parks across the province to promote their good achievements and significantly  contribute to local socioeconomic development.
