In particular, 70 labourers are working abroad, another 1,068 people have accessed to preferential loans for job creation while 3,100 local workers have been sent to work for enterprises outside the province; 14,012 got jobs when joining socioeconomic development projects in the province. From January to September, 2016, 7,206 people (including 4,706 from rural areas) have been recruited and got apprenticeship.
Many vocational training facilities have co-ordinated with businesses and localities to enrol learners and give them vocational education, contributing to meeting labor demands and ensuring high rates of employed workers in the province.
