The project, invested by NDMREAL joint stock company with a total capital of VND 100 billion, covers a total area of over 47,000 square meters, including a restaurant, hotel, trade and services complex, amusement center, an outdoor camping area, swimming pools, bungalows, villas and supporting work. The construction is expected to start in January, 2017 after finishing all investment procedures, and put into operation in 2018 as scheduled.
