BTO – The 14th Party Congress of
Binh Thuan province, term 2020-2025, is coming soon. On these days, almost all
streets and political, economic and administrative centers of Phan Thiet city
are covered with red national flags, colorful flowers, and banners, creating a
joyful and exciting atmosphere throughout the City.
The Binh Thuan residents are putting ther
belief and expectations on the upcoming congress. They expect the Party Congress
can get fully success with many big, correct and compatible Policies to improve
the people’s material and spiritual life. Since then, Binh Thuan can reach a
