Artificial quartz stone factory commenced in Phan Thiet

BTO – A ground-breaking ceremony of Artificial quartz stone factory and credit contract-signing ceremony took place at the same time at Phan Thiet industrial Park (Second period) on Saturday morning (July 11^th). Phu Thu Real Estate Company invests in the project.

Attending the ceremonies, there were standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s committee Luong Van Hai and leaders of local agencies, and Binh Thuan industrial park’s management board, representatives of bank partners.

Reportedly, the would-be factory of artificial quartz stone, which is located in Handicraft zone, Phan Thiet 2 Industrial Park (Ham Liem commune, Ham Thuan Bac district), covers a total area of 20,140.8 square meters. It includes scale system of factories, warehouses and other ancillary works with investment capital of over VND 232.5 billion. The project is expected to come into operation by December 2020 with an expected operational capacity of 900,000 square meters per year. Since then, the revenue is estimated at VND 1,100 billion a year.

Once the factory is put into operation, it will provide constructional materials and domestic decoration in terms of quartz-formed products, meeting the great demand for export to European countries and the USA. The existence of such model can also contribute to the province’s socioeconomic development, as well as diversity of businesses and production.
